Complaints and objections

It may happen that you are not satisfied with how something is being handled by Stichting PRO. Of course, we are happy to help you resolve it. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can file a complaint. For a correct and quick resolution, we ask you to choose between our scheme for users (payers) or our scheme for rights holders (publishers).
